RETURNS & REFUND

RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. We will issue you a brand-new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us. We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Note: Please do not send returns to this address without emailing us first to get a return label, otherwise we won't be able to match your return with your account! Please contact us directly to know which address you should ship any returns to, as each customer is associated with the closest fulfillment center to their geographic location.

Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return, which will take 2-3 business days. 

If you can include a tracking number for us for the return the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover costs for return shipping.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.

REFUNDS

For store credit and gift card refunds, we’ll credit your account within 1 business day once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s).

For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 5-10 business days.

For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.
