References to “we”, “us” or “our” throughout  www. marveadise.com (“the website”) are to Marveadise. The use of the website and the purchase of any goods (“Goods”) from the Website is governed by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”). We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. There is no charge imposed by us for accessing the Website but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit the website. Access to the Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

Due to the way our orders are processed, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. We therefore ask you to take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process to ensure the correct details are entered before placing your order.

Please note that Marveadise cannot be held liable for orders misdelivered due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout. If you change your mind about your order after it has been placed, you can choose to reject the delivery or return the products to us in accordance with our returns policy.

SEVERANCE

From time to time, we may run sales promotions or offer other incentives to purchase particular products from us. The length of time, products and conditions of said promotions will be set out below. Marveadise reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time and without notice.
